National Service Scheme ( NSS )


Our school provides a chance to young people to experience how life is in the security services of the country. The wing NSS, the national service scheme trains the students how to do services for our nation and created volunteers for various services in the country, such as, , etc. The objectives of the NSS scheme are to develop social and civic responsibility and to improve leadership quality of the students.
The programme aims to inculcate social welfare in students, and to provide service to society without bias. NSS volunteers work to ensure that everyone who is needy gets help to enhance their standard of living and lead a life of dignity. In doing so, volunteers learn from people in villages how to lead a good life despite a scarcity of resources. it also provides help in natural and man-made disasters by providing food,clothing and first aid to the disaster victims.
Camps are held annually, funded by the government of India, and are usually located in a rural village or a city suburb. Volunteers may be involved in such activities as:

Cleaning
Afforestation
Stage shows or a procession creating awareness of such issues as social problems, education and cleanliness
Awareness Rallies
Inviting doctors for health camp

National Green Corps ( NGC )


National Green Corps students participate in activities related to Biodiversity Conservation, Water Conservation, Energy Conservation, Waste Management and Land Use Planning and Resource Management. When young girls and boys from NGC are take up the environmental awareness activities and outreach activities Water Harvesting, Plantation, Composting of biodegradable waste are most popular activities in the NGC School Eco Clubs. These NGC School Eco Clubs promote environmental discipline and environmental responsibility through the selected schools in India using environmental awareness as the medium.

Road Safety Patrol ( RSP )


School safety patrollers are on duty at crossings that meet the safety recommendations of the SSP program and the School Board. Patrollers guide students and prevent them from entering traffic when it is unsafe to do so.

Control students in crossing the roadways at or near schools.
Assist students and parents in the instruction of school children in safe pedestrian practices at all times and places.

Junior Red Cross Movement ( JRC )


Junior Red Cross Movement was started in our school :

To inculcate ideals of peace and practice of service.
To care for own health and that of others.
Understanding civic human responsibilities.
To cultivate spirit of friendliness and help towards children all over the world.

Activities of Junior/Youth Red Cross :
The activities of Junior and Youth Red Cross are based on the principles of Health, Service, Friendship and Dissemination. The movement is specially promoted for inculcating the ideal of peace, service and caring for the own health and the health of others. The movement leads to developing in the young generation the acceptance of civic and human responsibility and the spirit of friendliness towards all other children irrespective of nationality, religion, or caste.
